Worrying about the Dinner

I'm recently thinking of the dressing when I go to the Graduation Dinner of my school. My mother worries this matter very much. At first she thinks buy me a jacket, as it will not be a waste in the future. However, after discussing with Kevin Lau, I change my idea. Her mother says that the jacket will be out-dated after one year, and I think it's quite true. I buy a set of clothing, which is over one thousand dollars, and only wear it in the Graduation Dinner once in my life time!

As a result, I decide to wear a dress shirt with a tie and a pair of slacks. I think that would be okay. I go to buy a pair of slacks and a tie today with my mother, as I don't have them. After eating lunch at the Delifrance in Shueng Wan, we go to the Wing On Store nearby to choose these stuffs. I have to say that the slacks there are really cheap. They're only two hundred to three hundred dollars. I choose the slacks very quickly, which is $250.

So there's only a tie left. The sales is very clever, she shows a pretty good tie to us and says that it's very suitable for me. Actually I think that tie is not bad, and it has a 40% discount. Can you guess the price? When she tells us the price, we're disappointed. It costs four hundred dollars, which is more expensive than the slacks! Though it's a product of a famous brand-name, it doesn't suit me. After looking at this "beautiful" tie, others seem are not as superior as this one. We don't buy the tie there, but my mother buys it in somewhere else later. I think this kind of dressing is acceptable. Then we separate and I go to the bookstores in the Central, they're Hong Kong Book Centre, 尚書房 and 牛棚書店. They're very interesting because of the difference in their style.

Today's weather is fine, and it's a bit too hot. What's your plan for tomorrow? I would like to spend the time with my friends. Hope this will come true.
