I hadn't got time to write blog yesterday, since I was attacked by "songs" all day long. As you may know, I was visited by my primary classmates to go to sing karaoke and that was the beginning of the "attack". You must be surprised to know that it was the first time in my life to go to such place. Yes, it's true.
I met 梁柏欣 and 戴明澤 at twelve in the noon. Then we went to Causeway Bay and joined my other old friends at HMV there. Meeting old friends is just like traveling back in time. I thought we hadn't been got together for just a while, but actually it had been a long time since last time I saw them. There were all together twelve persons this time; one of them was my primary teacher, two were girls and the remaining were all boys. This was unbalanced, wasn't it? There were two new comers, who didn't show up at any meetings before. The location of this event was on the seventh floor of Windsor House(皇室堡), where the Green Box was.
Is it a fact that women usually sing better than men? Both my teacher and the two girls sang very well! It made you thought than even the original singer couldn't sing as well as them lively. For the two girls, their voices were fabulous and astonishing. I couldn't tell you more than that, you must listen by yourself. Besides, the lunch and drinking there were horrible. I thought every food provider elsewhere would do a better job than the Green Box. The food was remarkable, in terms of its bad food materials. The lemon tea that I ordered was too diluted. Hopefully or disappointingly, no one gave comments on my singing. I knew I didn't sing very well but I just wanted to improve. You know, it's hard to learn things by yourself.
We sang for three hours from one o'clock in the afternoon. The charge of the karaoke was not as expensive as I thought. We shared the bill and each one just needed to give $46. It was even reasonable. No wonder why so many teenagers go singing. When we came down from the escalator, it rained outside. My friends were just standing there and with no idea where to go. I suggested going to the "Toysrus", but no one moved. I didn't want to be still, so I forced 梁永浩 to go with me. Disappointingly, the "Toysrus" was under construction. We left there at almost six. I took bus back home. Luckily I met back one of my friends! We talked with each other all over the journey. You know, I hadn't seen him for five years! It was enjoyable to talk with him.
Although singing karaoke was a good experience for me and I loved it, it was terrible to hear songs loudly for the whole day. When my father knew I'd gone to karaoke yesterday, he immediately opened the DVD player and showed me his talent at that night. He was not bad really, but I was too tired. Last but least, I'm going on a two-day travel tomorrow. So, you may not be able to find me during the coming two days. I'm looking forward to this trip. I'll tell you my journey later.
