By just counting the date, it's just five days after the Religious Studies Exam. However to me, it seems that a month has passed! I divide the day into three sections, they're 7:00am - 12:00noon, 12:00noon - 6:00pm and 6:00pm - 12:00pm. During the HKCEE, the first section of the day passes so quickly that I hope it can be longer. Then the remaining two sections means "two days" to me. I don't know why during the time of examination the time is so long which makes me lazy. As a result, after the exams I have nothing to do.
In order to kill time, I borrow the movie "Star Wars" to watch. I watch the episode IV which is called "A New Hope" this afternoon. I know that this film was made twenty years ago, so I don't use today's movie requirement to put on it. Yet, I find the movie very boring! Yes, that's really what I mean. The movie is approximately two hours, which I think it's too long. The movie spends thirteen to fifteen minutes on each scene which I think it's not necessary. Furthermore, the plot is incomplete. For a person who has no idea about the film, who is like me, would find it very difficult to follow. The names of the characters in the film change from time to time. Usually one man can have two different names. Despite the fact the this episode of Star Wars is disappointing, I'll still watch them all.
The other activity I do is to install a totally new computer system. However, it's in Chinese, but an original English version of Windows XP Professional with SP2. I want to be comfortable with the English software, including the Microsoft Office 2003. Take the web browser Mozilla Firefox as an example. You'll feel that the English version of it is much better than the Traditional Chinese one. I'm not talking about the functions, but their appearance. English letters are in deed nicer to view. On the other hand, the Chinese characters are like a square and occupy too much space which make the toolbar too "heavy". Using the English Windows XP Professional is totally different. You'll find the windows is "lighter" and more beautiful than the Chinese version. These are all my own opinion, you may not agree. But try it if you have the chance.
My friend of primary school has phoned me in the afternoon who tells me to sing karaoke on 5/6, the coming Sunday. I'm looking forward to this meeting where I can stay with my old friends again. By doing all the stuff above, I feel that I'm still alive. At least I'm not the one who wake up and then eat and sleep again, like the beasts.
