Do you know the full name of HKCEE? It's called the Hong Kong's Certainly Exciting Examination. It's so interesting to be involved in this big exam.
I meet Anthony by time this morning and as well as his father. Then we go to the CRC gasoline station to take his father's taxi. A few drops of rain come down from the sky, showing that it's rainy. The taxi is so fast that we arrive there at 7:40 am. Anthony and I go down to the Hong Kong Park to revise Chinese together, with only one book. At about eight, we leave there. Anthony is going to the St. Paul's Co-Education College and I'm going to the St. Joseph College. I notice that there are a number of students are from my college, such as Raymond, Decky and Herman. It's totally different when you go into the school of others. Everything seems unfamiliar to you. Showing by Decky, I find my exam room very quickly. We chat outside the classroom. It's so great to meet students from all over Hong Kong. Some of them look very similar to my friend, yet some of them are with special style. One thing I want to say is that all candidates there are all boys. I think it's a arrangement of the department. Do you think that public examination is a remarkable memory in your life? I think so.
The English Paper 1&2 examination today begins at 8:31am. It's very uncomfortable to sit in the seat. The chair and the desk are linked together as a whole, which make you impossible to adjust the distance between your body and the desk. The worst thing about the seat is that the wood plate on the chair is "broken", which enables you to take it off! Today's examination is not hard though, I manage to finish them fifteen minutes ahead of the time limit. This year's paper has many new format of questions. For example, instead of open cloze, it provides the first few letters of the answers and then let you to write down the correct ones. Another new type of question is that it provides you with words and let you fill them into a passage. It's difficult to guess for some of them but finally I can finish them completely.
I'm doing fair in today's exam. I wish my tomorrow's Paper 3 exam will also be as good as this one.
